Special Instructions

This test will be run against the Gazelle Patient Manager tool acting as a PIXV3 Patient Identifier Cross-Reference Manager.

In addition, the messages your system under test exchanged with the tool will be captured and validated against the Gazelle HL7 Validator (model-based validation engine).

Description

The purpose of this test is to check that your CH:PIXV3 Consumer can send a correct PIXV3 query message (Patient Registry Get Identifiers Query : PRPA_IN201309UV02) and correctly handles the result.

The local assigning authority is said to be CHFACILITY (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.25.1.19). The community has assigning authority named CHPAM (OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.20.1). The structural assigning authority' is named SPID (OID: 2.16.756.5.30.1.127.3.10.3).

You need first to configure your system to connect to Patient Manager. The endpoint of the PIXv3 Patient Identifier Cross-Reference Manager actor is available under PIX* > Patient Identifier Cross-Reference Manager > HL7v3 Configuration.

You shall then be logged to access the messages your system will exchanged with the tool.

Execute the test step as described in the next section.

For each step, you are requested to provide the permanent link to the message exchanged with the simulator. Those are available from the menu HL7 messages. To facilitate your search, you can filter by SUT IP address in "Initiator" column. Once you have find your message,

Click on the play icon next to the request message type to trigger the validation of the message sent by your system. We expect the outcome of the validation to be PASSED.
Right-click on the magnifying glass icon (last column) and copy/paste the permanent link in the test step using the "Add link" feature.
If you have the ability to do so in your system, upload a screenshot of the result received by your system, demonstrating that your system correctly integrates the response from the simulator.

Evaluation

The monitor will check that

all the messages produced by your system under test successfully pass the validation against the tool. Validation status shall be "PASSED" (green checked is displayed in the message list)
the received informations are integrated and displayed by the system under test
