Test Description in English

Special Instructions

Run only one instance of this test.

Description

The Technical Framework identifies parameters which must be configurable on the Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager. In this test, the Monitor observes that this configuration is supported.

In addition, configure your system under test to be able to receive the feeds from the following Patient Identity Source:

  • Sender device id = 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.25.1.11, sender organization id = 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.25.1.12. IP address is the one of the test environment.
  • Assigning Authority's name 1: CHPAM
  • Assigning Authority's OID 1: 1.3.6.1.4.1.12559.11.20.1
  • Assigning Authority's name 2 : SPID
  • Assigning Authority's OID 2 : 2.16.756.5.30.1.127.3.10.3

Also configure your system to notify the Patient Manager tool (acting as Patient Identifier Consumer) of any update for the CHPAM domain. Configuration (endpoint, OIDs) of this simulator is available in Patient Manager under PIX* > Patient Identity Consumer > HL7v3 configuration.

Evaluation

The PIX Manager shall demonstrate for the Monitor:

(1) How it configures the Patient Identity Source for each Identification Domain it supports, eg this might be the IP addr of the Patient Identity Source or any other mean to identify the source system (only one source per domain, but a single source may service multiple domains) (ITI TF-2b:3.44.4.1.3)

(2) How it configures the Identifier (Assigning Authority) for each domain. One of the following:

  • The Patient Identity Source sends the value for Assigning Authority:
  • HLv3: in the "id" attribute of the PRPA_HD201301IHE Patient Activate/Revise message
